Mantras from the Sandbox ~ Wed., Feb. 28, 2018

Hi Everyone!   I love Mantras...I have read that "Mantras are like medicine for the Soul."  Definition:  a word - - or series of words repeated - - affirmations to the self that reach a deep subconscious level within us.  They are credited in opening doors to an evolved and transformed higher self.  In place of negativity, we find a more giving, loving, wiser self.   Mantras - used in meditation  and prayer, are noted for their great power. And that's why I love Mantras.  They are blessings...and they are free.                              Jane
                                                                   Many of the following are credited to Buddha, Buddhism, Hinduism, the Sanskrit.....When one finds one mantra one likes, repeat the mantra over, and over, and over again.  It will take you into a deeper concentration and a meditation state.
