You Lose Some Before You Win!

Marketing Winners, Losers, and the Future:
Let me begin with my loser first.
I learned a lesson from this - and thank God I survived!

When I saw the teams flourishing, I also dreamed of having a team.
And everyone said you need to 'feed' the team!
So before even I 'hired' anyone on the team, I wanted to generate leads.
To feed the team, of course.
There came an offer from TigerLeads I could not resist.
Yes, my previous year was really good and I could afford to spend.
So here I sign up for the leads that I plan to distribute.
To the team members - who were about to join me.
That was mistake#1.
I checked with my office on who I can 'support' or help make money.
There were few agents who had no transaction on their name.
Or maybe just one or two!
I 'hired' them - with the agreement, of course.
That was mistake#2.
Getting them to call the leads or following up was like ---
Aiming the moving target!
The rest of the story is simple - they had no skin in the game.
So end-result? Nothing earned from spending thousands of dollars.
Lessons learned?
Have a plan and hire the right talent.

After recovering from this massive loss, I decided to rely on one person.
That's me - and only me!
And here is my recent winner - in a nutshell.
1. I created a landing page using my BombBomb service.
The form dedicated to capturing the seller lead.
2. A direct mail campaign with 'I have a buyer' message.
This went to a community where my buyer wants to buy.
This letter shares the link to my landing page.
3. Also run the Facebook Ad campaign ($44.57) to drive the traffic.
The land on this page - and fill in their information.
Sound pretty old method?
Well, this has worked!
I already have received few calls and at least 3 online submissions.
The potential for income is more than $20,000!
The rate of return, perhaps 500:1!
Now I want to make sure I follow up right away.
Yes, This is a WINNER for me.
