Craig Ranch in McKinney Texas

we have a business in criag ranch ..... lots of problems ..... the only electric company is CoServ and they charge us 'industrial rate' instead of commercial for a space less than 2500 sq ft.  (our highest bill was close to $1200)!!!  We also have problem in the new building that we operate  (roof leaking twice and clogging of bathrooms).  Lots of headache ..........
