The Los Angeles Real Estate Prices are UP There:) you heard me talk about it. You have seen me write about it. I provided Real Estate Market Reports about it. Most of you understood the challenges to step into the Los Angeles Real Estate Market.

Then again there were a few doubting Thomas-es out there! So with that said. let me show a few pictures.

Here is a house which is connected to another one total fixers HOW MUCH Do You Think it is listed for?




Well if you did not cheat I doubt you would have guessed $2,250,000. If you did congratulations BTW it is in the Beachwood Canyon area as in NOT in Beverly Hills. Now keep in mind if you give it a face lift and spend about $500,000 it might be worth about $2,700,000.


 OK in case you did not get the first one right here is your chance to guess again. This one is well let's just say half way updated, needs a little work. So what do you guess?




Well if you did not cheat again this one is $1.5million on busy Laurel Canyon Blvd or should I say Historic Laurel Canyon Blvd.Ironically if you spend about $300,000 this one will be worth around $3.2 million.


Now with that said, if you think California is expensive, I can assure you it is. So if you can not afford a full cup of coffe here, I totally understand it:)

That is so crazy!  But crazy good for you is my guess.  Most properties here that had deteriorated to the point of the first one would be for the reason that the lot was not worth the tear down.  Not true where you are. :)

Endre Barath, Jr. - My jaw dropped and I'm tring to see if I can get it back up to where it belongs.

Wouldn't it be even crazier if that first house goes into a bidding war and the buyer pays 3 times more that list price! If it does, I hope you're the lucky agent that sells it!
