Are You Really Making A Difference?

Carole: Making a difference I think means all our work is worthwhile.

Becky: That is so cool you received that Hallmark musical card. You definitely made a difference.

Steve: You are making a difference by solving problems and keeping people out of trouble. Very good.

Arina: I couldn't agree with your more about the power of constant kindness. Mother Teresa once said, "Be the living expression of God's kindness." If we aspire to that we will contribute much to the world. You are so right about it coming back to us. Keep spreading your kindness Arina :)

Rich: I feel with those connections we learn so much about ourselves too.

Lynn: Just start where you are. The fact that you are thinking about it I know means you are a good and caring person.

Joan: I'm sure your wonderful self is doing fine. A question to check on it, is think how you made the others "feel." If they left you feeling good you definitely connected.

Julianna: I'm so glad you are seeing those differences being made every day. Makes each day on its own wonderful.

Jesse & Kathy: I've seen that too, where a simple gesture, can just turn the day around to the positive side.

Why, I wouldn't keep Buffalo Grove and Long Grove top of mind if it weren't for you : ) Seriously, I am happy too that I have made your connection and you make a difference every time with me as I listen to all your words you write in the Blurbs about the Burbs and commenting on anything I say. Susan: Thanks. I need that validation from someone else. I know when people make a difference to ME, cause I FEEL IT, like you making a difference to me. But sometimes I'm not sure going the other way cause my strongest point is not reading others accurately all the time. Women I think are so much more intuitive in this area in general than men. Probably cause they deal with feelings better. That's why I'm always asking their opinions on stuff. I get to borrow their "feelings detector." : )
