In January 2018, 38 homes closed escrow. From all the sales One had Notice of Default, One was Bank Repo and One was a Probate Sale.

15 Sales were on the 500K to 600K range, 8 on the 600K to 700K and 4 on the 700K to 800K

The Average Close Price was $652,650, house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1,872 sq ft home, 15,145 sq ft lot and 33 days on the market.


February 2018

In February only 24 homes closed escrow. 6 sales were on the 500K to 600K range,  9 sales on the 600K to 700K and 7 on the 700K to 800K.

The Average Close Price was $687,386, house with 4 bedrooms 3 baths, 1973 sq ft home, 14,247 sq ft lot and 34 days on the market.


Mortgage Interest Rate

The fixed interest rate for 30 years for a Conventional, Fha and Va is at 4.5%.

There are 52 homes available for sale as of March 12, 2018 with prices starting at $499,900 all the way to $4,490,000.
