So what do the stats indicate about Mason Ohio condo sales?

Key takeaways this month:

As we mentioned at the start, there just aren't enough condos to meet buyer needs. As we write, only 11 condos are not under contract. More than twice as many condos are under contract as are not.For a January, an exceptionally high number of sales with 21 completed sales.
Sales volume was a bit low, but that comes with the very limited number of condos on the market.
No condos sold for less than $100,000 and only 2 sold for more than $300,000.
There ARE some new construction opportunities not reflected in the 11 condos for sale, but they're going to cost you over $300,000 or more. Fox Hollow and Beacon Hill offer new construction opportunities if you've got the budget for them. Distressed condos (foreclosures and short sales) for sale continue to remain almost nonexistent. None sold and one is for sale and not under contract.

No change from last month. The shortage of condos for sale works to the sellers' advantage, especially in the more affordable price ranges and the ranch condos have higher demand. Sub $100k condos that are not updated might take longer to sell.
