Change, change...everywhere a change...isn't that a riff from a 1960s anthem?
Maybe the cultural, economic, societal, political changes that were erupting in the late 1960s are just now entering their fruition time?
Might be worth being a bit of an archeologist & digging around in that era.
Along with remarks such as "global village", we had Marshall McLuhan reminding us that "the medium is the message".

Recently, someone with more knowledge of AI than I have wondered aloud if the machines would think of us as pets or as pests. Such a question implies the machines are in charge.
Hmmm....pets or pests.
Meantime, I will stroll around our Village, stuck in 1974's timeline, and savour the people-centric flavour while it lasts.
