Meet my Apprentice-Jeannette Neerpat

Consider this:  Jeannette Neerpat has 3 children from ages 5, 3 and 2.  Talking with her she has a very hectic life.  When I tell you its hectic..its hectic..I know I had 3 sons and sold real estate at the same time.

The Next Evolution...to manage and simplify her life so that she can devote quality time to her family and to her real estate career.

Consider this: Currently she spends approximately 20 hours a week working real estate...

The Next Evolution...Preparing her so that next year when her 3 year old starts school she will have more time to devote to real estate.

The Next Evolution..To overcome this with mastering the skills of technology with her blogs, websites and social networks she belongs to. The emphasis here is the internet is global.

Consider this:  Right now working 20 hours a week Jeannette currently has 4 listings and some rental closings.

Throughout this competition..evolution will happen...and we know..

In two days, I have watched her enthusiam evolve, I have watched her mind evolve and I have to say...I have watched our trust in one another evolve.

When I think about  this..it isn't just about real estate it's about our lives!

Jeannette and Midori are already quite a team and both are preparing for the next evolution.
