The number of homes sold in Grand for the month of February was down 7% from January, and up 12% over last year. The average sale price was up 3% versus January but down 5% year over year. The average days on market was 63, which is a 13% increase from January and 24% less than February 2017. The burn rate (number of homes currently under contract/homes actively on the market) is 2.33 months, which signifies a strong seller's market. Currently there are 113 homes on the market in Grand and 85 under contract, which bodes well for March's market report. The 12 month moving average price, $294,023 continues to edge up, 3% versus 2016.
