Reach higher to inspire and help!
Life often presents unexpected situations that people must endure. Spouses die, people lose jobs, get injured, fall illness to disease; mentally or physically or find themselves divorcing. These are people in my community and in yours, who do not ask for a handout but rather someone to listen and at times and take action if possible.
Social media can be a reliable source for support, love, inspiration and advice for so many:
- A dear relative is on the last of days and a loved one needed prayers. The response was overwhelming in a good way. Before she knew it, the prayer warriors came out in force, creating a loving prayer chain.
- Another woman wished to be #1 in someones life, to be secure in a relationship again. She was comforted by a circle of friends who reminded her not to worry, that it will happen.
- A friend's daughter-in-law is pregnant and having much difficulty keeping anything down due to severe nausea. She asked for help and within a few minutes there were many remedies that may work for her.
Thankful for the opportunity to see the positive results that come from the kindness in people every day who reach higher to inspire, helping others when the need arises. Happy Tuesday to you all!
