That's NOT Good Enough!
No matter what you do or how you perform, some potential clients will be dissatisfied. I was sent a buyer referral from a trusted source with a message that the person was upset because another agent failed to be attentive.
I was definitely up to the challenge. As always!
Well, guess what?
After a few weeks, I received a Dear Wanda message expressing that she was disappointed in my services, though good communication occurred, whether in a call, text or e-mail. I even Face-timed a property with her. I also encouraged an offer to be written on a home she really 'loved'. No - go.
Every home she showed interest in went under contract quickly due to lack of action on her part. This is the market we are in! She was shown respect, care and sincere diligence but she, in turn, stopped taking calls, refused to answer text messages and emails for several days.
Those who know me, understand that I do not give up once taking on a transaction, seeing it through to the end is ultra-important for client's sake! The only thing positive to take away from this right now is that I did everything necessary to help until she arrived here.
It's easy to place blame outwardly when convenient or supposedly when people aren't getting what they want. This woman needs a paid personal assistant. One who is available at her beck and a call, who jumps into action on a whim, putting most everything on a back burner to please.
Oh wait, that was me, except I didn't get paid! LOL
