An update on SRC.

I have not closed one loan from those leads.  Buying leads from the Internet doesn't seem to work. They are recycled from old responses from long ago requests for information.

I'm getting ready to drastically cut back from this business. I am in escrow on another business unrelated to real estate. If I am able to close this deal I will be focusing on my new venture and leaving the loan business. I may keep a hand in it for friends and others who are referred to me but I will no longer chase after new loans.
