The Lise Howe Group listed and sold 930 Chester River Drive in Grasonville.  Closing was a friendly event at a local restaurant around a big table with lots of laughter and comraderie!  The buyers are delighted with their new three bedroom home with a spectacular view of the water from the master bedroom and table space kitchen. The sellers are delighted that they can finally downsize to the house of their dreams! I am looking forward to visiting the buyers this summer and enjoying the views and maybe even some crabs caught off the deck! There is nothing better than a blue crab from the Chesapeake bay!
