This video is very insightful. I enjoyed the suggestions and I will definitely start using the advice.

Awesome!! Easy, inexpensive tips and presented in a very nonjudgemental way (we know how sellers are about accepting criticism, yes?). Not to mention the video was beautifully done!

I thought this video offered great incite. I liked what she said about the kitchen; you won't get your money out of upgrading but the best thing is to take everything off the counters and clean very well.

Thanks for sharing - this video was very helpful especially when explaining things to our sellers. I may even show them this video to get my point across.

Good job on the video. You know, people spend so much time cleaning up their cars when they get ready to trade them in...why do they resist doing the same for their home?? I just don't understand.

A very helpful and well produced video. There were plenty of good tips to use on any property.

Home staging use to be a option. Now home staging is an a necessity. You heard it from the home staging guru's mouth. If only I can get that message across to all home sellers who have their property listed on the market. Great post.

The video was very well put together. Bravo! The speaker did an excellent job of presenting the information. I loved the white background in the begining and end of the video. It matched well with your clear the counter tops, bathrooms, and clutter them.
