South Charlotte Homes for Sale in HighgroveCreated in the late 90's and finished in the mid 2000's by Crescent Communities, the Highgrove neighborhood is situated in the core of South Charlotte's Ballantyne Community.

  

Homes in the Highgrove neighborhood sell from roughly $625,000 to $1,200,000 with heated living space in the vicinity of 3,000 and 7,000 square feet with 2-3-car garages (generally 3-car garages). The homes in Highgrove are situated on parcels sufficientl to fit their own swimming pools with plenty of room to spare (in the vicinity of 0.3 and 0.6 acre lots).

 

Built by famed local home builders such as Cyras Homes, Simonini, John R. Poore, Regal Custom Homes, Dienst Custom Homes and Kingswood, the community is not your ‘cookie cutter’ community.  The prestigious homes of exquisite architectural designs offer variety to this unique but, warm and welcoming community.  

  

The various styles are perfectly blended and include Old English Cottage-style homes, French Provincial and French Country, traditional Georgian and English Tudors. What’s the Market Doing in Highgrove?   As far as the real estate market goes, Highgrove is a stable luxury community in the South Charlotte/Ballantyne area. Aside from the unique, custom designed homes, high-ranking school assignments and the landscape of the community are the major draws for those relocating to the area.

I do track these averages and then share my own averages with my sellers - there's a huge difference in Day 1- Day 5 so, it's a great advantage for them. Our MLS has this data and then I share my recent showing print-outs. It is helpful, especially when you are competing with numerous agents and need to prove your marketing results.
