Naples Weekly Property Sales Report For Jan. 22nd

Overall, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report during the Week of January 22nd shows there were 225 properties sold in Collier County, down slightly from 232 properties sold during the previous week.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The Corkscrew area came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 48 properties sold and East Naples had 38 homes sold. Corkscrew ended the week with 34 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 48 real estate sales in North Naples, 69 percent were condos and 27 percent were single family homes.  The remaining properties sold were vacant lots. Also, in East Naples, of the 38 transactions closed, 61 percent were condos and 14 percent were single family homes. Similar to North Naples, the remaining sales were vacant lots. Finally, the properties sold in the Corkscrew area were split evenly between vacant lots and single family homes at 44 percent for each property type.  The remaining 12 properties sold were condos.

In summary, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report for the Week of January 22nd through January 28th shows 108 condos, 76 single family homes, 38 vacant lots and 3 mobile homes sold in Collier County.

  • 34103 – 8 properties sold (2 single family homes and 6 condos)
  • 34105 – 10 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 single family homes and 7 condos)

North Naples

  • 34109 – 8 properties sold (2 single family homes and 6 condos)
  • 34110 – 20 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 2 single family homes and 17 condos)
  • 34119 – 20 properties sold (4 vacant lots, 6 single family homes and 10 condos)

East Naples

  • 34104 – 11 properties sold (3 single family homes and 8 condos)
  • 34112 – 16 properties sold (6 single family homes and 10 condos)
  • 34113 – 11 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 5 single family homes and 5 condos)

Eastern Collier County

  • 34114 – 20 properties sold (2 mobile homes, 7 vacant lots, 5 single family homes and 6 condos)

Golden Gate

  • 34116 – 7 properties sold (4 single family homes and 3 condos)

Barefoot Beach

  • 34134 – 1 property sold (1 condo)

Big Cypress

  • 34117 – 10 properties sold (1 vacant lot and 9 single family)

Coco River

  • 34108 – 12 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 5 single family homes and 6 condos)

Corkscrew

  • 34120 –  34 properties sold (15 vacant lots, 15 single family homes and 4 condos)

Chokoloskee

  • 34138 –  2 properties sold (2 condos)

Everglades City

  • 34139 – 1 property sold (1 condo)

Immokalee and Ave Maria

  • 34142 – 4 properties sold (1 mobile home, 2 vacant lots and 1 single family home)

Marco Island

  • 34145 – 22 properties sold (5 vacant lots, 6 single family homes and 11 condos)
