Dallas Homes For Sale You May Find That The List Price Is The Suggested Starting Price

By
Real Estate Agent with Lisa Von Domek Team TX License #0552989

SOLDHere in the Dallas area home
buyers are getting discouraged
due to the continued low inventory
and the multiple offers many listed
homes fall into.  The reality is
that the list price may only be
a starting point for negotiations.
Whatever the list price is on a nice,
move-in ready home may have a
final sales price that is higher.

And in many cases...MUCH higher, coupled with
added incentives of the buyer paying for the title policy and survey, requesting no home warranty, offering seller's temporary leasebacks
at no charge and more.  Needless to say, it is discouraging for many
buyers because a home they thought was in their price range becomes
out of their range with buyers that can pay well over list price.  This
Dallas real estate market requires patience, working with a seasoned professional and the ability to be flexible on all terms.

There is a home for everyone...but it is going to be a process to get it!

Good afternoon Lisa - oh yes.  This is a sign of a hot sellers market with low inventory.

Lisa low inventory equals a great selling opportunity for homeowners thinking of putting their home on the market.

There was a pricing strategy several years ago called variable price marketing and it was a suggested place to start. I think we are right back there again.
