Comment on the Kentlands Square Infill Project

At its meeting on March 19, the City of Gaithersburg Mayor and City Council voted to hold the record open for public comment on the Kentlands Square Infill Project until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.

A public hearing on the matter was held in October of 2017. Application SDP-7712-2017 was filed by Saul Holdings Limited Partnerships, requesting approval for the construction of three infill commercial buildings totaling 16,000 square feet, along with associated minor site changes. The proposed buildings are within the Kentlands Square Shopping Center, and the property is zoned for Mixed Use Development. To comment, email planning@gaithersburgmd.gov. Learn more here.
