The rains gifted us with chanterelle mushrooms this week. On of our favorite farms, Tutti's was displaying these golden beauties! We changed our menu for this evening from spinach and goat cheese pizza, to chanterelle, radicchio and pancetta pizza. This one of our very favorites, and the link is for the recipe.

Last but no least are snow pea leaves tendrils. These are a delicacy in Chinese cuisine. We sauteed them in olive oil. They taste like snow peas and are delicious as well as nutritious.
