Riverside County, California Homes Sales & Values Report February 2018

On March 19, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values decreased 0.3% at an average price of $396,2500 in February of 2018 from an average price of $396,250 in January of 2018, but rose 7.9% from $367,250 in February of 2017. While, homes sales gained 1.7% in February of 2018, from January of 2018, but down 0.8% from February of 2017 in Riverside County, California. There were 4.8 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2018 up from 4.7 months in January of 2018, but declined from 5.3 months in February of 2017. An average it took 35.0 days to sell a single family home in February 2018, lower from 37.0 days in January of 2018, and fell from 49.0  days in February of 2017 in Riverside County, California.
