On March 19, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.4% at an average price of $278,000 in February of 2018 from an average price of $277,000 in January of 2018, and rose 4.9% from $265,900 in February of 2017. While, homes sales dropped 11.2% in February of 2018, from January of 2018, and down 2.0% from February of 2017 in San Bernardino County, California. There were 4.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in February of 2018 up from 3.9 months in January of 2018, and higher from 4.1 months in February of 2017. An average it took 39.0 days to sell a single family home in February 2018, lower from 40.0 days in January of 2018, and fell from 50.0 days in February of 2017 in San Bernardino County, California.
