Reach out- ActiveRain Challenge and March ActiveRain Contest...
I had the pleasure of speaking with Nina Hollander after I received an email from her about an article she had read about Tacoma Washington.
At first I was kind of worried about who answered the phone because they sounded rather discouraged or depressed. It turned out that Nina receives lots of spam phone calls and said she didn’t recognize my phone number or my phone ID and she thought I was another one of those lost souls.
It turned out that we had a lot in common and in a prior life used to travel up and down the West Coast and was familiar with Seattle-Tacoma and all parts in between. We also spoke about our respective markets and how many areas and states Nina covered.
We were able to for close to an hour about real estate, the weather and ActiveRain. If our cell phones hadn’t let us down we would’ve talked for longer than the hour that we did. After the fourth or fifth dropped call we decided to call it quits. Nina is such an easy person to talk to I felt like I had known her for many years.
If I had to choose a real estate professional in the greater Charlotte North Carolina region I would not hesitate on hiring Nina.
