Median home price increased slightly from $329,356 in February 2017 to $330,000 in February 2018. There were no homes $150k and under, and the majority of the homes sold are between $301k - $500k. Days on the market is less than a month for homes $300k and under, about a month and a half for homes $310k - $750k, and three and a half months for homes $751k and up. It’s been a hot seller’s market in Plano, and currently there are about 144 active homes on the market in Plano.
