Yes ... we closed on Monday!  My clients moved to Texas.  This house has history with me.  I listed it and sold it ... and then sold it again ... and even though I did not have the Buyer ... I stopped by with a nice WELCOME BASKET for the new buyers and they remembered that (plus I sent them a calendar every year) and so they decided I was the gal.  So, yes, it is now SOLD!  So happy!!!
