Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®,CRS, this one was for me!! I workout and forget my age....  did 405 pounds on the leg press... pushed that amount of weight with my legs... that's the maximum...390 pounds on the stack plus 15 pounds on the dial...

Yes!

The other day I was out walking or perhaps jogging, I don't remember exactly where I was. And there was one of those long areas with crunchy ice. I can't explain it better than that - it's when there is a little crust of ice over a hole near the side of the road. Anyway, I always thought it was fun when I was a kid to step right on the ice and it would make crunchy sounds. So what did this 57 year old professional lady do? Yup, stomped through all the ice and made lots of noise doing so and laughed. I felt like I was 10.

No kidding. My nearly 91 year old mother is so fearful as to what life will bring once dad passes. She says at her age, there is little left without dad.  We kept telling her age is a number, to forget about it, and plan on having many adventures with us in the future.

Gosh, that picture takes me back to pleasant memories.  I remember when my kids were little they buried me in sand.  I can feel the warmth of it all to this day.
