Technology is great but it does not replace the human touch
Pick up the phone and talk and get out of your office and meet people.
There is no doubt about it technology is here to stay and yes it has replaced many jobs, but the human touch is still very much needed.
It is true that the platforms for real estate are more accurate, but what is good data and what is bad data we still need someone to figure that out for us.
One example a major hotel chain had their top tier people call and a voice automation system was used this lasted less than a week. Everyone complained.
Even though the travel agent has fallen to the way side many people still use them why TIME? It takes a lot of time to do the research and frankly sometimes many successful people do not have the time to research everything. They tell their travel agent what they want. If I take a tour yes I can have an audio guide but I rather have a live person to interact and ask questions and tell me what it's really like. The human touch is needed.
