What a Buyer thinks is reasonable may differ from what a seller thinks

Is this another trick question I wondered as what is a reasonable offer will depend on you ask. This question came to a head on my new Manchester NH area home Listing.

We all know that Home Sellers want the best possible offer with the best terms. A buyer wants the lowest possible sales price often with the seller paying their closing costs.

The answer would then be somewhere in the middle. Each sale is different. What the asking price is. What the Seller wants to sell for and what the buyer  wants to pay.

My solution is communication. Having a seller ready to sell, knowing what they will or will not accept. Having a buyer ready to buy, making a good offer from the start. Putting offers in writing and be complete with a ore approval.

To bring about a sale, put emotions in check. A great listing agent will lead the seller down the right path, guiding them through each step of the selling process.

The MOST IMPORTANT message is to share with every consumer that my philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other.

Morning Scott.

One just never knows all the pitfalls that comes when selling, or buying a home.  Usually when they find out all the paperwork, responsibilities etc, they list or use a buyers agent.  Those that don't, well they are on their own.

Ah yes, the difference in the perception of "reasonable" can be miles apart between buyers and sellers.

They do look at the transaction differently. But to make the deal work they have to have a meeting of the minds.
