Naples Weekly Property Sales Report For Jan. 29th

Overall, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report during the Week of January 29th shows there were 302 properties sold in Collier County, up significantly from 225 properties sold during the previous week.  Once again, North Naples had the most real estate transactions for the week. And, East Naples had the second most homes sold.  The City of Naples came in third. Ultimately, North Naples ended the week with 62 properties sold and East Naples had 55 homes sold. City of Naples ended the week with 45 properties sold.

Additionally, of the 62 real estate sales in North Naples, 55 percent were condos, 26 percent were single family homes and 19 percent were vacant lots.  Also, in East Naples, of the 55 transactions closed, 71 percent were condos and 11 percent were single family homes. The remaining sales were vacant lots and mobile homes. Finally, the properties sold in the City of Naples included 64 percent condos and 33 single family homes.  The other properties sold were vacant lots.

In summary, the Naples Weekly Property Sales Report for the Week of January 29th through February 4th shows 141 condos, 94 single family homes, 63 vacant lots and 4 mobile homes sold in Collier County.

  • 34102 – 17 properties sold (5 single family homes and 12 condos)
  • 34103 – 15 properties sold (6 single family homes and 9 condos)
  • 34105 – 13 properties sold (1 vacant lot, 4 single family homes and 8 condos)

North Naples

  • 34109 – 7 properties sold (1 single family home and 6 condos)
  • 34110 – 22 properties sold (2 vacant lots, 3 single family homes and 17 condos)
  • 34119 – 33 properties sold (10 vacant lots, 12 single family homes and 11 condos)

East Naples

  • 34104 – 9 properties sold (2 single family homes and 7 condos)
  • 34112 – 19 properties sold (1 mobile home, 2 vacant lots, 3 single family homes and 13 condos)
  • 34113 – 27 properties sold (2 vacant lots, 6 single family homes and 19 condos)

Eastern Collier County

  • 34114 – 22 properties sold (2 mobile homes, 10 vacant lots, 3 single family homes and 7 condos)

Golden Gate

  • 34116 – 8 properties sold (3 vacant lots, 4 single family homes and 1 condo)

Barefoot Beach

  • 34134 – 3 properties sold (3 condos)

Big Cypress

  • 34117 – 12 properties sold (5 vacant lots and 7 single family)

Coco River

  • 34108 – 27 properties sold (11 single family homes and 16 condos)

Corkscrew

  • 34120 –  36 properties sold (1 mobile home, 21 vacant lots, 12 single family homes and 2 condos)

Everglades City

  • 34139 – 3 properties sold (1 single family home and 2 condos)

Immokalee and Ave Maria

  • 34142 – 10 properties sold (5 vacant lots, 4 single family homes and 1 condo)

Marco Island

  • 34145 – 19 properties sold (2 vacant lots, 10 single family homes and 7 condos)
