Keep On Reaching Out...

Hello Kathy Streib, I didn't pick up the phone but Grant Schneider was kind enough to call me. I certainly enjoyed reading about all the connections. You're always a great host. 

I couldn't seem to get on the ball and participate in this contest.  But, I'm glad you sponsored it, and folks contributed.

It was a very busy month and I think many had good intentions just not enough time. I enjoyed the calls I made and glad I made them. I plan to see Connie this week and Amanda in May.

Oh, I loved this challenge - you were one that I didn't get to that was on my list to call but, I will ring you up sometime, for SURE, Kathy! Thank you for pushing us to be more community oriented - it makes a world of difference in participation here when you're 'active,' doesn't it?!

We don't reach out to others like we need to.  This needs to continue throughout the year, points or no points don't you think?

Kathy, I think we should have a similar challenge every other month. I did not get to reach and write for this one, but I made plans whom I will contact if I had time.

I wasn't able to participate even though a member reached out, I was under the weather and not able to talk. :( This was a great opportunity, and I agree, we should reach out anytime to each other, challenge or not!

Part of my quarterly business plan includes reaching out to an Active Rain member each month. I must say I don't always succeed, but your challenge reinforced the importance--and the fun--of doing so. Thanks!

I did call but didn't have time to write a post Kathy Streib  I do strive to call my AR family on a steady basis  --- I enjoy speaking  to each and every member

Kathy, Thank you for the Challenge.  The timing was good for me and I am glad I was able to connect with some very active members , Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! , Endre Barath, Jr. and Gabe Sanders.  I admire their abilty, like yours, to keep on keeping on with blogging.  

It was fun to do so, in fact, to keep it authentic, I opted out of posted about it after my first one, rather decided just to connect. I didn't want folks to think it was only because of the contest.

Lifr DID do exactly that and this is something I should do more often....
