This report provides a summary of the Brevard County, Florida Condominium and Townhouse Market for February 2018 compared to February 2017.
Closed Sales were up 21.6% for February 2018 with 225 units closed compared to 185 in February 2017.
Cash sales increased by 26.6% compared to February 2017.
New Pending Sales were up 32.9%.
New Listings were up 3.9%.
Median Sales Price for Condos and Townhomes was up 11.9% to $156,500 compared to a year ago, which was $139,900.
Months’ Supply of Inventory decreased to 3.7 months in February 2018 from 3.9 months in February 2017.
Traditional Sales were up 24.4%, with a median sales price of $157,000.
Foreclosure/REO Sales were down -50% with a median sales price of $172,500.
Short Sale Closings were up 100%, with two sales in February 2018 with a median sales price of $146,000 and one sale in February 2017.
