Second Home Financing Myth

I kept hearing about agents saying they couldn’t get financing for their buyers for second homes or condos. Especially in resort areas. Guys, Wells Fargo is still active and “in the market”. A little tougher to qualify, but the money is there. I know of a few strategic alliances some brokerages have with Wells that are doing fine. If you run into a wall, you may want to check it out.
