A GORGEOUS DAY DRIVING

I drove a lot today. Around Naperville. Lisle, Lombard, Glen Ellyn, and Villa Park too.

I enjoy driving the back roads when I can, as opposed to the big streets.

It allows me the opportunity to see more homes and more neighborhoods.

Always learning, I figure.

But it was a gorgeous day today. Cool, by late May standards. Probably low 60's. But endless sunshine.

The trees and the grass were so green. Flowers were blooming.

I drove by lots of FOR SALE signs.

Beautiful homes on beautiful streets.

Homes needing sold. Homes needing buyers. Homes needing families to live in them.

Why wait?

Real estate is exciting this time of year.

The weather is great and even with so much dour news about real estate, activity does pick up.

People want their kids in the new neighborhoods before the school year begins.

This is a fun time.

A profitable time for me.

A great time to buy.

Ken I guess it must make your blog look longer but Ive noticed that you only write one sentence per line for some reason? I now you dont get anymore points?! :) or does it just make it easier to read? or is it just your style? :)

Naperville on a scooter sounds fun, and at 90 mpg cheap too.

Have fun at Kevins, It doesn't look like I can make it Sunday. Bring bags, always a crowd pleaser.
