Knowledge is power. KNOWING the mortgage process, products available, and how to go from "my client wants to see this house" to "my client bought the house!" is imperative to providing the highest level of customer service and setting the right expectations.
Tomorrow, April 5, 2018, our Reno, NV team led by a couple of MasonMac's best loan officers, Mayte Castro and Kathy McAlpine, will be presenting a first time buyer education course specifically for real estate agents to learn more about the process so they can provide a higher level of service to their clients.
Our team will shed light on the mortgage process so that you, the real estate agent, know what the client will be going through in detail, and have a better understanding of how we get from application to clear-to-close as a lender.
