RUTENBERG REALTY RULES!!!

I love the company I work with! They offer their agents constant training, like the one Bill and I attended today at the Clearwater Countryclub on Short Sales! It was great! While we ate lunch we listened to experts, including our own Rutenberg title company attorney, bring us up to date on the latest going on in the short sale end of our business.

It is interesting to note that our Clearwater office of Charles Rutenberg Realty is the largest in the country! We have over 1790 agents working throughout the state from our office. Many do not come in very often - they simply fax in their contracts and have their checks mailed out - but for those of us that frequent the office, there is always some type of training going on. That is what I love about Charles Rutenberg Realty - they care about their agents and want to keep them on the cutting edge!!!

So a GREAT BIG HATS OFF TO JOHN RURKOWSKI and the ENTIRE TEAM at our Clearwater Office on Belcher Road!!

I did not know this, with that many agents they must have an office with 4 or 5 stories. You eluded to the fact that the agents were fro around Florida does that mean they have agents all over and they work out of their home.

Charles- Most agents never come to the office after their initial orientation into how the place works - everything functions via fax machine - we get paid directly at closing from the title company - there are people who live over 100 miles away and are agents in our office - everyone has an office in their home and meets clients in a coffee shop to do contracts -
