What we do NOW will determine the state of our future. The real estate business is a prepare for the future business, and in doing that, you will experience some immediate business.
Real estate demands consistent, never ending marketing. However, the word consistent complements the word change, as well as “carved in stone.”
Marketing evolves, and business will follow suit. There are times when we must “shake it up” and allow the fruit to fall freely from the trees. Some of it will be ours. Expect to see others incorporated in that equation. There’s plenty for everyone, and that’s the attitude that keeps me going.
Pound away every day. Learn by reading, listening and participating with others to “capture an idea” and create your own marketing from it.
Every day is a different day, and with that comes a new thought that will trigger a new marketing piece. Test it. Marketing is an ongoing test. It could be a time and money drain, but when you make a score, it can be a significant one.
Real estate agents are in a profession that energizes, if you allow it to happen. Positive thoughts energize. Energy results in new business. New business continues to hoist us up toward the top of the pile.
Each of us have been Blessed, and many don’t even realize it!!
