You're Awesome YOU'RE AWESOME!

Those were the first words I heard when listening to my messages this morning. Somehow I had missed the early morning call. Probably best... the effect was much greater. You see, I do not take compliments well. I get strangely uneasy when someone starts saying such wonderful things about me. I don't know what to say!

The call was just a thank you.  From a buyer client. "I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you and everything you have done."

There was no request for a call back. No need for information.

She simply wanted to say thank you and wish me a wonderful holiday weekend!

This is what makes me love this business! The ability to help others. To make some kind of difference in someone's life. I don't believe anyone in this business lately hasn't felt some sort of negative effect due to the market, the economy. There have certainly been days I have wanted to run for the hills! There have been days when I have thought everyone must be selfish or cruel.

Thanks, Jen, for making my day! And helping me to remember what makes all the effort so worth it!

Giving such compliments is as wonderful as receiving them!  Make someone's day by telling them how much you appreciate them! You will feel fabulous!

Don't you just love an appreciation call? It's these little circumstances that make everything worthwhile and rewarding!

That makes it all worth while, a thank you and a word of appreciation is more than nice it is required at times. Have a great weekend Steve
