After struggling with litigation and seeing people unhappy after long court battles (even the winners ended up losers sometimes), I decided to transition to a business coaching vocation.  I already LOVE what I'm doing helping small to mid-size businesses succeed!  It's amazing what goes into the running of a successful business, from mastering time, money, deliverables, etc, all with the ultimate goal of having a business that runs successfully WITHOUT YOU (or at least a business you can sell for a healthy profit).  Here are a couple YouTube videos that will give you a little background.
