Las Vegas Foreclosures Update

With so many Las Vegas buyers focusing on short sales and foreclosures, many really good resale deals get passed up. And many tremendous new home with incentives galore are being overlooked. In many cases, dealing with the banks and brokerages reprenting so many foreclosed properties can be such a harrowing experience, and offering to buy a short sale is, in today's market, is, in my opinion, a total waste of time for all parties involved in more cases than not.
