When I was a loan officer, I can't tell you how many times I was contacted by a past or current client who wanted me to either refi a property they owned or help them with a purchase loan on a second home or investment property in another state. At that time I wasn't licensed in those states so I had to reluctantly decline and thank them for thinking of me. Son of a... gun! Sound familiar?
