Central Florida / Orlando Selling

I just received the new that 1 of every 9 homes listed has a pending contract. That includes relocation, down sizing, up sizing, investment and international monies. That number keeps getting better. The interest rate dropping below 6% had something to do with it. Winter is gone and Spring is here. Hopefully attends will stay positive. www.Orlando-Homes-4-Sale.com
