I can't even begin to tell you all the success and energy this network has created for me. In 6 days, I have had 3 featured posts on the home page, went from the 297th Title Company member, to #2 in the State of California, I've invited and signed up over 51 Real Estate professionals in Solano County, I've gotten 3 referrals, (not closed yet), Had numerous people find me in google who I'd lost contact with over the years, I was pushed up to the top in the google search engine, I'm building great relationships with fantastic people, and I am doing, and will do much more business because of VR. In 6 days, that has to be some kinda NEW VR Record. (Does that get me extra bonus points? Just Kidding) There is so much more that has come from joining, but I can't share the details at this time. All I know is that this Real Estate Network is for REAL. Every day, it's almost habitual that I have to login and stay connected. It has helped my business and company in ways I could have never imagined. I know that as a Title Company, I probably won't make the post, but many of these realtors use First American across the states and to them I say thanks! As I was sitting today getting my nails done (yes, girly fru fru I know) my phone rings with an area code I don't recognize.  "Thinking - hey new business" I answer the phone without smudging my nails and holy cow, its the HGTV show "Buy Me" who found my company here on Active Rain.  They are filming here in Raleigh and want us to stage a house!!!!  It was soooooooooo hard trying to be calm in the middle of the nail salon, but when I got to my car I burst out laughing with glee.  Passers by I am sure thought I belonged in the cucukoo's nest.  When I told my biz partner she thought I was kidding.  My husband thought I was kidding. (HA!)  When they realized i was NOT kidding, all of the OHMYGOD's came flooding in.  I dont know what this will bring, it only happened 4 hours ago.  I call them back monday with an agent I already talked to and the listings she has.  I cant thank AR enough!  If this can happen to me here in North Carolina, it can happen to all of us!  Thanks!!

Jonathan:  I can't describe it in only a few words.  I have made many connections with AR members, been invited to do things I would never do (audition for a TV show and be quoted in articles), learned new and exciting ways to grow my business, driven traffic to my website to double my lead generation in just a couple of months (end of November!)  I had a measly (barely one) lead a day and now I am up to almost three through my traffic.  I had five on Wednesday if you include the marriage proposal :)~

I cannot imagine what the next several months will bring!

hey... can we create a member's only scorecard? submit the deal, sales price/loan amount, gross commissions and then track it?

we can then have members only stats per locality saying people in x region have had X sales, X buys, X loans, X average price, X high price, X Low price, X commission and totals for the area?
