Boy it did not take long for the news of the subpoena visit on Trump's attorney to lose it's negative effect on the market.  The market futures soared when China President XI Jinping promised to cut tariffs and open the country's economy.  Meanwhile Fed President Kaplan suggested that the economy is strong and there would likely be two more rate hikes this year.  Be sure to tell your potential buyers that when a strong labor market, rising GDP, rising confidence, rising business sentiment and rising wages combine with low rates, that is the best time to buy a new house.  The Dow gained 428 points today.
