Westfield Area Market Report - March 2018

Active Westfield Luxury Homes for Sale

Click here for an instant "No Strings Attached" valuation of your home. According to the Garden State MLS, a total of 25 luxury Westfield homes are currently on the market. Twelve of these are newly constructed homes, with 11 properties coming up for sale in the last 30 days. These include a custom North Side colonial, a new Tower Homes colonial, and a center hall colonial to name a few. Most recently, I had three sellers list their properties. The Tamaques colonial located at 817 Willow Grove Rd offers an open floor plan with fashion-forward style. Stately Tudor located at 800 Hillside Ave in The Gardens section of Westfield was renovated with modern updates but maintains its original 1920's architectural details. And just four days ago, the owners of the lovely split level home at 834 Fairacres put their property up for sale. If you're interested in taking a personal tour of any of these properties, contact me.

Westfield Luxury Homes Under Contract

Nine luxury Westfield homes are currently under contract. Of those, three were newly constructed properties. Five of these homes spent less than 30 days on market before going under contract. They included a Villane Construction custom colonial that is currently under construction (26 days on market), a custom built center hall colonial designed by Maria DeCosimo (23 days on market), a Messercola built colonial (16 days on market) and another colonial home that went under contract after just 11 days on the market.

Westfield Luxury Homes Sold

Seven luxury Westfield homes found new owners in March. Three of these homes were newly constructed. A recently renovated colonial sold for $6k above asking after just 15 days on the market. And a Spring House Builders duplex sold for just above the list price.

As you can see, the Westfield Area Market Report for March 2018 shows quite a bit of activity. It looks like spring will be busy. Contact me when you're ready to list or search for a new home.
