Fred- What a market you got going on there! We are getting really busy with multiple offers and lots and lots of showings. We just hired a closing coordinator to take care of all the presale work on our short sales and all the work from contract to closing! That is one load off!

Hi Carole...I thought our activity was slowing....As they say "it's not over until the fat lady sings"...well I've been busy, three offers on a New listing Last weekend, Sold in 2 days over the asking price. Blogging here in the rain helped as my new listing was on the top of the search engine in Google after posting here in the Rain.

Fred I am a big fan of providing market reports. They provide great information for consumers to get a picture of what is going on.

Hi Bill...I'm a little behind on my weekly updates for my farm areas, I have received good business from Buyers and Sellers in Victoria, knowing I have market knowledge about Real Estate in their area of Victoria BC. Just last month I had a new client cancel his listing and called me to list his home in James Bay from my internet presence from my posts here on Google.
