Even though the sun is shining, and the air is getting warmer there is still ice on Strawberry Reservoir. Here is a picture taken last week as the sun was setting.
Strawberry Reservoir is located thirty miles from Heber, Utah. It was built in 1922. and is currently has a surface area of 17,164 acres. It is a great area for many recreational activities such as fishing, boating, and snowmobiling.

Mirela I willhve to take more pictures there. We go past Stawberry everytime we go from Vernal to Salt Lake City. Sometimes it is late and night and I can't get a picture. This time was almost to dark for the tyoe of camera I have.
Julie, what a beautiful photo of Strawberry. As a kid, I lived in Utah for awhile. Loved the lakes and mountains.... very pretty country. ;-)
Teri - Thanks for stopping by. I live in Idaho and work in Utah. I get a chance to take pictures of both states. I love the mountains and the pine trees. I think that is from growing up in Montana. I spent time yesterday taking pictures of the greenbelt and falls in Idaho Falls and hope to get the pictures posted soon.
