You read that right! My wonderful sellers are so much fun...just look at all the whimsy artwork in their home.
Today I received call after the mermaids in the house were counted by Erin.
She said can you guess how many mermaids we have that are easily visible to guests?
She told me but I'm not telling you. The sellers are offering $2000 in closing costs for the person who counts and finds them all.
