The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 7.4 percent, new homes are up 0.5 percent and resale condos are up 4.7 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 3.4 percent, down 10.1 percent on condos and up 27.5 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 18.6 persent and the sales volume is down 20.0.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.1 percent and the sales volume is down 4.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 0.5 percent and the sales volume is down 11.1 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 25.6 and the sales volume is down 32.6 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 15.3 percent and the sales volume is up 2.8 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 5.5 percent and the sales volume down 10.7 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 16.8 percent and the sales volume is up 20.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 14.8 percent and the sales volume is up 0.0 percent.
We are still seeing huge swings in the in the numbers. The consumers are unsettled and not sure which way the market is going. We will have to see how th market moves in the coming weeks.
