I thought I would share a few of my thoughts from my read of Simon Sinek's book 'Start with Why'. People choose to work with you not because of what you do, people choose to work with you because why you do it. If you are not telling people why they should hire you to be their REALTOR®, you are making a fatal mistake in your business. So what story are you telling? As a real estate business coach, over the years I've seen agents make the mistake of not telling their story, or allowing others to tell their story, which usually we doesn't end well.
So today, start with why and not what, and I know you will have great success in your business.
