My mission today was to start redesigning my postcards to homeowners in search of new inventory. We need to restock the listing shelves. Everyone knows that a market analysis is free, so it’s time to change that message.
The message they must clearly understand is what we do is “for them.” It’s all about their needs. We work for them and will deliver them from point A to point B with a smoothly run transaction.
With inventory so slim, all homeowners are very concerned they will not have a roof over their heads. They are not worried about selling. They panic about not finding the right home, and they do not want to make two moves.
Our first step is to meet with the homeowner and discuss all of the options; provide a market analysis; and based on that estimate of equity in the home, have them pre-approved for the right price range.
Without an invitation to meet, our pending sales will not be replaced by new listings. One step at a time, and the first step is to understand their situation and financial ability to make that next move.
These are the three postcards I created today. The backs of the postcards will have logos, slogan, photo of tammy and the address and telephone number.
Our business is constantly changing, and our marketing must follow suit.
